In class we have learned about both volcanos and different kinds of rocks. It is important to find out about the materials emitted from a volcano so you can identify them if you ever see a volcanic sediment in geography. It is also good to learn about the kinds of rocks so we can find out more about our planet. And studying rocks and their layers or strata is vital to learning more about our planet's history.
