How does this term apply to any of our class labs?

We have used speed and determined speed in The Rocket Car Lab and in The Marble lab. We calculated speed  using its formula in the Rocket car lab. Wew would time the cars over a certain distance, then usa the formula to determine what the speed was. During the marble lab we tried to see if the angle affected the speed on the marble as it went down a yard stick. We would also time the marble as it went down the 36 inches  and determined its speed.
