A rover is almost like a robot, it uses directions from humans and explores certain places. Two of suc h rovers were, Opportunity and Spirit. The two rovers were sent on a mission to Mars to determine if there was or had ever been water on Mars.

We are studying rovers because it is important for uus to know what is going on in the space industry. We should know about rovers because otherwise we wouldn't know how we are finding the information that we are findining about Mars.
