Gravity is the force of attraction by which terrestrial bodies tend to fall toward the center of the earth. Gravity is the most common force out of all forces. It was Sir Isaac Newton who first dicovered gravity. You have probably heard the tale from when the apple fell from the tree and hit his head. Gravity is measured by Newtons, named after Sir Isaac Newton. Below is a spring scale which can help determine the power of gravity.

This word, gravity, is part of some of our class labs. Like the marble lab when we measured how far it traveled after going down the track. Gravity is one of the forces that pulled the marble down the track. Also in our water bottle rocket lab once we shot the water bottle rocket up, gravity would pull the bottle back towards the ground.
