This force applies with us during our class because as we've done the air rocket cars ,the cars were in a constant speed until an unbalanced force acted upon it, which was something that was in the way of the car's direction. As the air from the balloon was released out, the air rocket cars propelled forward, while the balloon was releasing all the air out. The constant speed of the air rocket cars were merilly slow, depending on how much air was conducted into the balloon.
