A rock constisting of idividual rocks cemented together by a form of clay.

Conglomerate rocks are a form of sedimentary rocks, constiting of rounded fragments, like pebbles or stones. The making of a conglomerate rock normally occurs in rivers when the clay is soft and there are many free rocks. The rocks and the clay form together. Then the clay hardens and creates a conglomerate rock.

 Conglomerate Rocks!!!

two examples of a conglomerate rock.

How does this term apply to any of our class labs? This term applies to our recent labs because if a comglomerate rock was to be found on Mars there is a chance that water was once on Mars and there might be fossils in the rock as well, proving that there is or was life on Mars.
