ACCELERATION! |
Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity.

|
Acceleration is said to be the rate in change. Its when a force or object speeds up. On a graph it can be when an object is staying at a constant speed but the time is increasing so the line does as well. There are three types of acceleration, changing direction, speeding up, or slowing down. In SI units acceleration is measured meters/seconds/seconds.

This applys to any of our class labs because, when we are doing labs we need to know why the line on our graph is increasing decraesing or moving in different ways this is because of acceleration. Another way acceleration applys to class labs is because whenever we do a lab about cars or any objects that moves it is being affected by acceleration. When we are letting the car go if it stays at the same pace the whole time. If it stays at one pace and then sppeds up at the end, or if it stays at a staedy pace and then slows down.
